We’re seeking an energetic and dynamic E-Commerce and Social Media Coordinator to join our small and friendly team in our new studio in Bloomsbury, London. You’ll be involved in many exciting projects including devising strategy, and building content for e-marketing and social media campaigns.

JOB TITLE: ECCOMERCE & SOCIAL MEDIA CO-ORDINATOR
DAYS: FULL TIME (Flexible hours accepted)
LOCATION: Thornback & Peel Studio, W4, Cockpit Arts, Cockpit Yard,
Northington St. London. WC1N 2NP
SALARY: Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
Creating website and social media assets including homepages, copywriting and product SEO.
E-Marketing - Curating and scheduling email newsletters using Mailchimp and using Adrolls.
Social Media Management - maintaining accounts across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest. Updating and managing the Thornback & Peel blog.
Liaising with PR - drafting press releases, processing press requests, managing competitions.
Reporting weekly figures - Reconciling Web and Phone orders in Xero accounting and reporting from Google Analytics regarding the website’s weekly performance.
Customer service - responding to online and phone queries, orders & requests.
Despatch - liaising with warehouse and despatch from studio.
Maintaining stock across web outlets.
Photo shoot assistance/ styling and preparation.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
An ability to work under pressure both quickly and carefully is essential, demonstrating a keen eye for detail. Great communication when dealing with other members of the team or with external suppliers.
Adobe Photoshop experience essential.
Shopify experience essential.
Mailchimp experience essential.
Xero accounting experience desirable.
Adrolls experience desirable.
WordPress Blog experience desirable.
